BIOGRAPHY

Joenar Pueblo is the President of the Philippine Arbitration Center in the Visayas, He is one of the founding partners of the Law Firm of Oso, Pueblo and Associates. Joenar Pueblo has almost 20 years of experience in dispute resolution, including election-related, labor, commercial, criminal, and civil litigation, administrative cases, mediation, and domestic and international arbitration. He is a professor at the University of San Agustin College of Law teaching Transportation, Constitutional Law Review, Local Government and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He acted as President in all Moot Arbitration of student arbitrators in training and preparing them to become equipped arbitrators, applying PDRCI rules from 2016 to present.
